I’m from Evansville, lived downtown, but moved away seven years ago. I came back for a visit, and this place was exactly what I needed. Fantastic location, very clean, and I felt safe. I only used the King bed, which slept very well, and the sheets were incredibly soft! The living room was cute and cozy, and the whole apartment had that downtown Evansville charm I’ve missed. It’s an old building, so it has character, which I love! All of the rooms were even larger than I expected, so it was very comfortable. It was stocked with everything I needed, and I loved how easy it was to check in and out. Valentina is very responsive, which is a big plus! I would happily stay there or any of her properties in the future. Thank you!

My husband and I loved this place. This was our first stay in Evansville. The historic district had so many beautiful houses. We loved the location of this Airbnb. We’ve never stayed somewhere so walkable. We didn’t move our car a single time we were there because everything was so close. We felt safe walking home from a concert at night. The host was very responsive. The lock pad died on us so we couldn’t get into the Airbnb but they quickly resolved that issue within five minutes.
